I’ve had the privilege of speaking publicly on the future of food and technology over the last 5 years.
From main stage at large technology events to Creative Mornings to government think tanks, from MIT to tiny fireside chats, I view public speaking as an exercise in demystifying and simplifying the transformation of food systems in our era.
My public speaking has three goals:
Create awareness of a subject that I have expertise or passion for.
Inspire a shift in thinking about the future towards a more interesting state.
Bridge gaps of culture, age or perspective, especially the gaps that plague modern food systems like the rural/urban divide.
