My Process

My Process

My work as a startup founder and executive draws inspiration from both the food and technology worlds; from my teenage years I have been obsessed with the work of gastronomy writers like Michael Pollan, MFK Fisher and others.

In the technology world, I believe that startups are important vehicles for social change and represent an opportunity to improve the world.

My work makes me tremendously optimistic about the future of food.
